1. About these terms

RankAltus ("RankAltus", "we", "us") operates rankaltus.com and the Linker app at linker.rankaltus.com. By creating an account or using either service, you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep your login credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Plans and billing

We offer a Free plan and paid Individual and Agency subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. All prices are listed in USD. We may change plan prices with advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price. 4. Wallet and team-hire orders

You can top up your wallet using PayPal or UPI. Each website listing shows a fixed price to have our team execute the submission for you. You set the target page and anchor text for every order. Funds for an order are held until the link is verified live. If a site rejects the submission or the link does not appear, the amount is returned automatically to your wallet balance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

– Submit target content that is unlawful, misleading, adult, or otherwise harmful

– Scrape, resell, or redistribute our opportunity database

– Share a single account beyond the seats included in your plan

6. Third-party websites

We do not own or control the third-party websites listed in our database. They may change their submission policies or remove a placed link at any time, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

7. No ranking guarantee

We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, traffic increase, or domain authority outcome from using our database, tools, or services.

8. Intellectual property

Our database, guides, software and branding belong to RankAltus. Content you submit remains yours; by placing an order you grant us permission to use it to complete that submission on your behalf.

9. Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RankAltus's total liability to you for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
